How to Check the Fault of the Injection Molding Machine?

A look: mainly to see whether there is any abnormality in the plug and socket, whether the motor or pump operation is normal, whether the control adjustment position is correct, whether there are traces of arcing or burning, whether the fuse is good or bad, whether there is leakage of liquid, whether the lubricating oil path is smooth, etc. These places have no mistakes; that link has a problem, so it is time to repair it well.

Second touch: touch the vertical injection molding machine with your hands to feel its vibration, the heat of the components (components), the temperature of the oil pipe, and the state of mechanical movement. See if there is an abnormal situation.

Three listen: listen to the machine in the process of operations. There is no abnormal sound to exclude in time to solve.

Four smells: ask if there is a burnt smell, leakage smell, or other odors. Understand that place is not too high temperature and other situations appear scorched odor.

Five checks: whether there is any difference between the shape and position of the workpiece and the normal time, whether there is any change in the performance parameters of the injection molding machine, abnormal line inspection, etc.

Through the human senses and general inspection tools for daily point inspection, tour inspection, regular inspection (including accuracy inspection), intact state inspection, etc., they focus on mastering the failure-prone parts, institutions, and parts of the technical state and abnormal phenomenon information. At the same time, inspection standards should be set to determine the injection molding machine’s normal, abnormal, and fault boundaries.

The information and signs of failure obtained from the workers’ daily inspection tour and injection molding machine status inspection, as well as the relevant records and analysis data, will be used by the workshop injection molding machine maintenance personnel or repair team leader to arrange daily maintenance for each type of vertical injection molding machine on time.
