Three listen: listen to the machine in the process of operations. There is no abnormal sound to exclude in time to solve.
Four smells: ask if there is a burnt smell, leakage smell, or other odors. Understand that place is not too high temperature and other situations appear scorched odor.
Five checks: whether there is any difference between the shape and position of the workpiece and the normal time, whether there is any change in the performance parameters of the injection molding machine, abnormal line inspection, etc.
Through the human senses and general inspection tools for daily point inspection, tour inspection, regular inspection (including accuracy inspection), intact state inspection, etc., they focus on mastering the failure-prone parts, institutions, and parts of the technical state and abnormal phenomenon information.
