You can’t make a good product overnight. Producing high-quality vertical injection molding machines requires constant adjustments during the production process. We must emphasize that adjusting the production process is the path to high-quality production.
Why is Constant Adjustment Necessary?
As a long-time manufacturer of vertical injection molding machines, MINHUI knows that the production process always needs readjustment. We can only achieve continuous improvement and build a great machine through constant adjustment.
Why is this so critical? The injection cycle itself is very short. If you don’t master the process conditions, defective products will continuously flow into the market.
How to Adjust Your Process Correctly
When you make adjustments, it is best to change only one condition at a time. Then, observe the results closely. If you adjust pressure, temperature, and time all at once, you will easily cause confusion. You won’t know what really fixed (or broke) the process. The adjustment methods themselves are diverse.
For example, you might have ten possible solutions for an incomplete product injection. You must select the one or two main methods that will actually solve the problem. This highlights the dialectical relationship in troubleshooting.
Consider a product with sink marks. Sometimes, you need to increase the material temperature. Other times, you need to decrease it. Sometimes you must add more material; other times, you must reduce it. You must recognize the feasibility of solving problems with these “reverse” measures.
The Cost of Not Adjusting
Failing to adjust the production process wastes a lot of resources. This is bad for the enterprise and increases production costs. You cannot skip adjustments due to a momentary impulse or laziness. Only by constantly adjusting will you see the true product quality and make real improvements.
