In the injection molding process of vertical injection molding machine, temperature is a very critical factor, and its level directly affects the quality of injection molding products
So, what are the disadvantages of too high injection molding processing temperature?
Thermal deformation of machinery:
The moving parts with different thermal expansion coefficients of hydraulic components are stuck due to the small amount of work, resulting in action failure, affecting the transmission accuracy of the hydraulic system, and causing the working quality of the parts to decline.
Reduces the viscosity of the fluid:
High temperatures in vertical injection molding machines can lead to a decrease in oil viscosity, increased leakage, and a significant reduction in the volumetric efficiency of the pump and the efficiency of the overall system. Sliding parts, such as spool valves, due to their reduced viscosity, the oil film becomes thinner or cut, and the frictional resistance increases, resulting in increased wear.
To deform the seal:
If the temperature rise of the vertical injection molding machine is too high, it will deform the seal, accelerate the aging failure, reduce the performance and service life of the seal, and cause leakage.
Accelerate the oxidation and deterioration of oils:
If the temperature rise of the injection molding machine is too high, it will accelerate the oxidation and deterioration of the oil, precipitate the asphalt, and reduce the service life of the hydraulic oil. Sediment clogs small holes and crevice valve ports, causing pressure valves to get stuck and unable to move, metal pipes to extend, bend, or even rupture.
Cause the quality of the work of the parts to deteriorate:
If the temperature rise of the injection molding machine is too high, the working quality of the parts will be reduced, and the air dissolved in the oil will escape, resulting in air pockets, which will reduce the working performance of the hydraulic system.
