What is the difference between a high-speed injection molding machine and a normal injection molding machine?

With the wide application of economical high-speed injection molding machine technology, it has increasingly become one of the problems of injection molding machine products that business friends are concerned about.

Do you know the difference between a high-speed injection molding machine and the other injection molding machine? This has also become a hot topic.

Generally speaking, the high-speed injection molding machine is the whole motor, and the ordinary injection molding machine is the hydraulic injection molding machine.

Still, the hydraulic injection molding machine is relatively slow. The servo motor adopts an all-electric high-speed injection molding machine to realize mold opening and closing, ejection and de-molding, and raw material injection and warehousing.

The operation speed is fast, and the precision is high, which greatly improves or improves the production environment and efficiency.

But now, the locking force of the servo-electric injection molding machine is only below 850 tons.

1. High-speed injection molding machine with high working efficiency. The high-speed injection molding machine adopts a three-axis linkage, and the flow is three circuits. The molding process is: mold clamping – ejection – cooling – mold opening (synchronous mold, storage) – gap time.

For example, the product molding time of an ordinary injection molding machine is 10 seconds. In contrast, a high-speed injection molding machine adopts the principle of three-axis linkage, and the molding time is greatly shortened to about 6 seconds, minus two small steps, but the time is increased by about half.

2. It is environmentally friendly to pass through the injection molding machine at high speed. Ordinary injection molding machines can use standard pumps, which have a greater impact on electricity, hydraulic oil, and noise pollution.

The high-speed injection molding machine adopts the oil-electric hybrid power of the oil pump and servo motor. The advantages of the servo-hydraulic system are:

  • Soft start of the mold, no influence on the power grid, avoiding voltage and electric radiation pollution.
  • It can effectively prevent the oil temperature from being too high, and the temperature is good.
  • The replacement rate of hydraulic oil is greatly reduced.
