What is a rotary table injection molding machine?

When it comes to rotary table injection molding machines, our customers might not be very familiar with them. However, they are certainly not unfamiliar with the products molded by these machines.

These products are very common in our daily lives. In vertical injection molding machines, the more frequently used models include those for overmolding of new energy lithium battery packs, automotive parts, and mobile phone components.

The rotary table injection molding machine, also known as a vertical rotary table injection molding machine, typically features one upper mold and two lower molds. The rotary table alternates between 180° (or 360°) rotations on the same horizontal plane, with one mold forming and another mold being embedded externally. This is a common type of injection molding machine.

As mentioned earlier, products molded by rotary table injection molding machines are frequently seen in our daily lives. Common examples include mobile phone components, light guide plates, LEDs, and more.

One of the most common applications we see is for mobile phone cases. These can all be molded using a rotary table injection molding machine, provided the corresponding molds are available.
