How does the LSR machine operate the neutron action setting?


First of all, the type and control of neutrons can be set at the top of the page where the neutron is found on the computer of the liquid silicone injection molding machine.

Set each neutron in and out mode at the bottom of the page.

Use: The use mode of liquid silicone injection molding machine in neutron.

Off: Neutrons are not used.

On: Neutrons are used.

Core feeding mode: The following are the operating modes of neutron feeding.

Before clamping: The neutron is advancing in the clamping.

Clamping: The neutron is advancing during clamping.

After the mold is closed: The neutron advances after the mold is closed.


Core output mode: The following are the operation modes of neutron output.

Before mold opening: The neutron is emitted before mold opening.

During mold opening: Neutrons are emitted during mold opening.

After the mold: The neutron comes out after the mold is opened.

Neutron retention: The liquid silicone injection molding machine outputs the neutron input DO signal during the injection and pressure-holding process to keep the neutron in the in-position state.



How to operate thimble retraction of LSR machine?


The number of thimble retraction (electronic ruler mode): the number of retracted segments. Back 1 to Back n: Set the pressure and flow between the “front position of the thimble” and the set position when the thimble is retracted.

Thimble Settings: Thimble Mode: Taifu Machinery’s Liquid Silicone Injection Molding Machine Thimble Operation Mode:

  • No: No ejector pins are used.
  • Hold: This mode is only available in semi-automatic mode. At the end of the production cycle, the ejector pins stay in the jacked-in position.
  • Continuous: In this mode, the ejector needle moves forward and backwards automatically and continuously, and the number of round trips is set in “Number of ejectors”.
  • Vibration: The thimble automatically moves between the front end and “Back 2” in this mode. The number of round trips is set in “Number of ejections”. After the number of ejections is reached, it will return to the end position of ejection and retreat.

How to calculate the thickness of a single tooth mold for a liquid silicone injection moulding machine?


The liquid silicone injection molding machine first straightens the mold clamping elbow in the computer, and the mold clamping is completed. Then press the forward button of mold adjustment to make the actual mold thickness close to the minimum, and measure the actual mold thickness with a ruler.

Fill in the measured actual die thickness into the input box on the right side of “Original Die Thickness”, and then set the “0” on the left side of the option to “1”.

MIN-HUI liquid silicone injection molding machine presses the mold adjustment backward button on the computer so that the actual mold thickness is close to the maximum mold thickness, and the actual mold thickness is measured with a ruler. Note that during this process, do not perform the forward motion of mold adjustment.

Fill in the actual mold thickness measured in the input box on the right side of “Mold Adjustment Second Position”, and then set the “0” on the left side of the option to “1”.
